My name is Sherifa. In class this week, we’re talking about the good and
bad things about different jobs. My aunt is a mail carrier in America. I

talked to her about her job and she told me some of the pros and cons.

There are some good and bad points about the job. On the one hand,
mail carriers are outside all day. This is great when the weather is good,

but it’s not fun when the weather is very hot or cold. Mail carriers walk

all day and get a lot of exercise. Everybody likes getting mail, so everyone
likes meeting the mail carrier. On the other hand, there are also some

bad things to think about. Being a mail carrier is not an easy job. The mail

bag is very heavy. Another bad thing is that they wake up very early. My

aunt starts work at 6 o’clock in the morning
